Where Can You Play Padel in the U.S. Right Now?
Here's (almost) everywhere you can play padel in the U.S. right now...
Before launching Padel Nation, I was the co-founder, editor, and sole content creator for the first-ever, 100%-U.S.-focused padel website, The Padel State. And if there was one question I got more than any other in that role it was undoubtedly: “Where can I play padel in the U.S. right now?”
So, about two years ago, I put together a comprehensive list of what I believed to be every publicly accessible padel court in the U.S. at that point.
Granted, there were other similar lists floating around the internet at the time, all of which were either:
Woefully incomplete, with not a single other one out there recognizing clubs and courts like the one U.S. padel pioneer Whitney Kraft brought to Vermont at Brook Bound Inn or the one I had a hand in helping to bring to South Carolina at the Columbia Racquet Club, or…
Laughably inaccurate, like the two pictured below — one of which suggests that the best place to play padel in the “province of Delaware” is in… Houston, Texas!
Meanwhile, the other claims there are NINE different places you can play padel in Lubbock, Texas — which would make it the #3 padel mecca in the U.S. behind Miami and Houston. (Spoiler alert: it’s NOT, and there actually aren’t ANY courts in Lubbock yet!).

Or oftentimes both!
So, as you might imagine, my list of everywhere you could play padel in the U.S. drew quite a bit of attention…
In fact, of the nearly 200 articles I published during my time running The Padel State, this one got more views than any other by a factor of nearly 5X…
And it even caught the attention of an Italian padel magazine (which I ended up writing an in-depth U.S. padel article for)… made me a new friend and playing partner from Buenos Aires… and was featured on Wikipedia.

But over time this once cutting-edge document fell sorely out of date and people began both nicely asking and forcefully demanding that I update it.
Everywhere You Can Play Padel in the U.S. — Version 2.0
So, as my first order of business for Padel Nation, I’ve decided to take things one giant step further by not only updating this list, but also turning into an interactive Google map — which you can access by simply clicking the image below.
(Though, please note: this map will only work as intended when viewed within a browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari — rather than the Google Maps App).
To be clear, the real goal of this map is to show everyday players publicly accessible courts where they can actually play padel (though, almost always for a —sometimes very steep — fee)…
So, it does not necessarily include all private clubs or communities around the U.S. that have padel courts, and it doesn’t include any courts at private residences.
Although, I’d be more than happy to feature your private court or club if you’d like. Simply drop me a line here or in the comments below.
And, of course, if you’re aware of any publicly accessible clubs or courts in the U.S. that aren’t included here, please let me know and I’ll be sure to add them right away.
In the meantime, now that you know (almost) everywhere in the U.S. you can play padel, please get out there and do so!
And don’t forget to subscribe to Padel Nation below to get exciting updates and important insights on the rapidly emerging U.S. padel scene delivered directly to your inbox.
Finally, as always, a big thank you to the friends and preferred partners of Padel Nation who help make posts like this possible, including:
